Each year we run a survey to ask our staff about what it’s like to work here, to help make sure we keep our finger on the pulse of the employee experience.
The results of these surveys, from 2017 to 2022, can be accessed via an interactive data tool [opens in new window].
During this time we use the same core questionnaire that is used in the Civil Service People Survey (CSPS) [opens in new window].

We can now benchmark with a wider range of organisations in the public and private sectors.
